Summary
This position is for a sales professional with strong track record of winning new business and contributing significantly to company growth.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships and increase sales to existing customer base within assigned territory.

Identify prospective customers to promote and sell company services through direct customer contacts within assigned territory for development of new business.

Provide information regarding terms of sales, start dates and job information for operations using established procedures.

Manage marketing budgets, sales objectives, and forecasts within assigned territory.

Present new contract proposals, contract bids, assist in strategy for negotiating contract changes.

Ensure all terms and conditions of the contract are met using established procedures.

Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service and account information to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities may also include preparing displays and participating in trade shows.

Utilize Salesforce CRM.

Experience and Qualifications

10+ years of sales in refining and petrochem markets.

Industry experience with maintenance and turnarounds is a MUST. (piping & specialty welding, technical bolting, field machining, code repairs & modification, etc.)

Strong book of contacts including maintenance managers, engineering managers, turnaround managers and purchasing agents within the industry.

Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Must possess the ability to work independently, successfully and with others as a team.

Must possess excellent time management, presentation and communication skills.

Ideal candidates are honest and transparent.
