Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, get-it-done Marketing Coordinator to help power a fast-moving, high-growth CPG company. This role sits at the center of everything—supporting the CMO and marketing team in turning ideas into execution across product launches, campaigns, and retail moments.

What You'll Do
Keep everything organized (and moving)

Own project trackers, calendars, and key deliverables for the CMO and team

Stay ahead of deadlines and keep cross-functional teams aligned

Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate shifting priorities

Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups

Be the person who knows what’s happening, what’s next, and what might fall through the cracks

Support brand + content execution

Coordinate content calendars and work with agencies, creators, and internal teams

Help ensure everything we put into market feels on-brand and buttoned up

Support social, digital, and influencer efforts

Work across the business

Partner with Sales, Trade, R&D, and Operations to bring products and programs to life, support development of decks and other sales collateral

Assist with campaign coordination, retail programming, and asset delivery across major national retailers

Help organize marketing calendars and ensure alignment across brand and retail initiatives

Own the details

Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination

Prepare presentations, documents, and communications for the CMO

Maintain organized files, documentation, and shared resources

Handle confidential information with discretion

Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative workflows

What You'll Bring

1–3 years of experience in marketing or an executive support related role

Exceptional organization—you naturally build systems and stay ahead

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Clear, confident communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
