This role plays a key part in crafting the future of Adobe's metrics, utilizing Adobe's data to drive business. Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to successfully implement and deliver high‑impact projects.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Engage with collaborators to understand their needs and successfully deliver data solutions.
- Perform extensive data profiling to determine the best sources and logic to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain data models and profiles to unlock the power of data to drive Adobe's business from decision‑making, personalization, and operations.
- Manage and track product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar area, or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in data product management including ability to translate technical complexity into user‑centric product experiences.
- Outstanding in data profiling and proficient in data modeling.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, schemas, and workflow orchestration.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to lead teams.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and product evangelization skills – can inspire adoption and drive cross‑team collaboration.
- Analytical approach with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
- Motivated, ambitious, and adept at flourishing in a dynamic, creative atmosphere.
Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 – $234,600 annually. In California, the pay range is $162,000 – $234,600.
