About the Role

We are seeking multiple entry-level Advertising Operations Coordinators to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires working at least one day per week out of our office in Alexandria, Virginia. The ideal candidate is someone that learns fast, is detail oriented, takes pride in their work and wants to build a career in digital advertising or politics and public affairs.

In this role you will:

Place and manage video campaigns across 3+ DSPs, YouTube, and Meta

Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to translate customer persuasion and mobilization goals into coherent digital programs

Partner with vendors including DSPs, SSPs, audience providers, and verification companies to stay abreast of the latest innovations and bring them to our customers

Work late hours and occasionally on weekends to support high-profile political campaigns during election season

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Previous experience working on a political campaign, at a Super PAC or trade association, or a political or public affairs agency is strongly preferred

The ability to operate independently and take ownership of issues when they arise

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning to build dashboards or SQL

Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and juggle multiple complex projects

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

A positive attitude and a desire to lead
