What You'll Do

Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research.

Consistent daily cold‑calling and other lead generation efforts.

Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.

Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.

What You'll Need

Self‑motivated with a “go‑getter” attitude.

Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.

Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive with a strong work ethic.

Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable with cold‑calling and prospect outreach.

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).

Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to grow business to its fullest potential.

Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.

Nice‑to‑haves: experience managing multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, strong market connections.
