Pay Rate: $50 - $60/HR
Responsibilities
Ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence across key digital banking experiences.
Write and refine UX copy across converted online banking flows, including labels, instructions, system messages, confirmations, and error states.
Collaborate directly with designers to integrate content into wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end workflows.
Adapt vendor-provided language to improve clarity, reduce confusion, and align with brand voice.
Apply voice and tone guidelines consistently across the converted platform.
Support content audits, gap analysis, and updates tied to platform and feature changes.
Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterative content refinement.
Help reduce user friction and strengthen trust during the platform transition.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in UX writing or content design, ideally for transactional or service oriented experiences.
Strong understanding of user centered content for complex flows and decision points.
Experience collaborating directly in Figma or similar design tools.
Ability to balance usability, brand voice, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
Excellent writing, editing, and cross functional communication skills.
Experience writing for third party, white labeled, or platform driven digital experiences.
Familiarity with the Q2 digital banking platform (strong plus).
Background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Experience with service design, journey mapping, or end to end experience alignment.
Prior involvement in platform migrations or large scale conversions is highly preferred.
