English Teammate

As an English Teammate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to customers via written and verbal communication channels (e.g., chat, email, or phone).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company and client quality standards.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, BPO, or contact center environment is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The client's minimum requirement for the English language is B2.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with desktop applications, including web browsers and email.
Experience in content moderation is a plus.
Schedule & Logistics
The role may require shifts outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
