E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the digital order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role involves managing order routing, coordinating with shipping partners, and implementing efficient processes to optimize the fulfillment workflow across all online marketplaces.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
· Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery.
· Manage daily warehouse activities and fulfillment processes.
· Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues shipping and fulfilling items.
· Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate listing status across marketplaces.
· Process Improvement: Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
· Assist customer service team as needed regarding order fulfillment issues.
· Assist merchandising in promotions planning based on inventory levels, channel inventory, product relationships, etc.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or logistics.
· Experience identifying gaps in fulfillment process and assisting in patching and optimizing workflows.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adopt new technologies as needed.
