E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

SUMMARY : The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the digital order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role involves managing order routing, coordinating with shipping partners, and implementing efficient processes to optimize the fulfillment workflow across all online marketplaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery.
Manage daily warehouse activities and fulfillment processes.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve shipping and fulfillment issues.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate listing status across marketplaces.
Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Assist customer service team regarding order fulfillment issues.
Assist merchandising in promotion planning based on inventory levels and product relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or logistics.
Experience identifying gaps in fulfillment processes and assisting in patching and optimizing workflows.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adopt new technologies as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent sitting; use hands for fingering, handling, or feeling and for communication. Occasionally stand, walk, and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
