Insurance Account Team Leader

The Insurance Account Team Leader is a leadership position within the agency, combining high-level sales responsibilities with team management. This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being highly involved in the sales process. You will lead a team of specialists, help with hiring and training, and ensure that the team meets performance and customer service goals.

Essential responsibilities include driving sales by acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts, supervising, motivating, and developing a team of Account Specialists, managing the hiring process, and leading ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members.
Requirements include 3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses, proven ability to manage a team, handle complex client situations, and work in a fast-paced environment, high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Compensation is $60,000$70,000 per year + bonus (up to $12,000 annually).
