Order Management/h3ulliManage daily customer account activity, including purchase orders, order entry, order tracking, and production coordination/liliServe as the primary point of contact for customer communication via phone, email, and other channels/liliProvide timely updates regarding order status, documentation requests, and delivery schedules/liliAddress customer concerns related to delivery, pricing, quality, and service in coordination with the Customer Service Manager/liliEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution/li/ulh3Salesforce
Systems Management/h3ulliUtilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, quotes, opportunities, and account activity/liliMaintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline information, and order data/liliGenerate reports and insights to support account management and business decisions/liliSupport Salesforce adoption and process improvement initiatives/li/ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration/h3ulliWork closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, accounting, and sales teams to ensure successful order execution/liliCoordinate internally to resolve issues affecting delivery, quality, or customer satisfaction/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational processes/li/ulh3Marketing
