Account Manager
Insurance Sales & Business Growth
Are you a competitive, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on hitting goals and closing business? The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to help drive new business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our book of business. This role is licensing contingent. Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support through the licensing process. Candidates begin formal in-office training once the Property & Casualty license is obtained.
As an Account Manager, your primary focus is production and growth. You will prospect, quote, present, and close insurance solutions while building trust with customers through consultative conversations. You'll also support retention by identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage and improve customer protection.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive sales growth by proactively marketing and selling insurance products to warm and cold leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions
Convert leads into bound policies through consistent follow-up and confident closing
Maintain a strong pipeline and track activity to hit weekly and monthly goals
Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to exceed production objectives
Maintain compliance with office procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications include:
Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to compete, produce, and win
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Prior experience in sales, insurance, or account management preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable initiating outbound calls and leading sales conversations
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full licensing support provided)
