Your Responsibilities

Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interests
Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process
Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your referrals
