The Role

This is a hybrid Account Executive position focused on driving new business and expanding client partnerships. While Accounting & Finance is a core focus, we're open to strong performers from other staffing verticals who know how to produce.
What You'll Be Doing

Hunt, pitch, and win new business
Build and scale your own book of business
Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
Partner with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent
Consistently hit (and exceed) revenue goals

What You Bring

2+ years in staffing (Account Executive, Account Manager, or full-desk/360 recruiter)
Experience in Accounting & Finance or another vertical with proven success
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confidence building a desk from scratch
Strong ATS/CRM + LinkedIn usage
