What You'll Do

Utilize our proprietary platform combined with your network to identify potential healthcare candidates
Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
Provide follow-up support to maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring journey
Keep thorough and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires linked to your leads
What You Need to Succeed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
