Responsibilities
Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform in conjunction with your personal network
Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and understand their interest levels
Arrange appointments for deeper discussions between candidates and our recruiters
Provide follow-up communication with leads to sustain their interest and assist their hiring journey
Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your outreach
Essential Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure
