The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand expansion across a multi-channel, multi-brand marketing ecosystem. This role leads an integrated strategy focused on digital performance, AI-driven innovation, and measurable ROI. The CMO partners closely with leadership, attorneys, and operations to scale demand generation, enhance client engagement, and increase leads in a competitive personal injury market. The role requires a forward-thinking leader who can elevate the firm’s brand, enhance client engagement, and position the firm for continued success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Collaborate with executive leadership on firmwide strategy and growth initiatives. · Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel, multi-brand marketing strategy. · Build scalable, AI-enabled lead generation engine with full-funnel accountability. · Manage and optimize marketing budget for maximum ROI. · Establish attribution models and track lead sources across all channels. · Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, website, and content strategy. · Optimize performance in AI-driven search environments (Google SGE, Copilot, etc.) · Drive continuous conversion optimization across digital and intake touchpoints. · Develop multibrand positioning strategies across markets and offices. · Oversee brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all channels. · Lead AI initiatives including predictive analytics, personalization, and automation. · Implement AI-driven lead scoring, routing, and intake optimization tools. · Partner with intake teams to improve lead-to-client conversion rates. · Manage media relations, PR, thought leadership, and attorney visibility. · Identify speaking, networking, sponsorship, and community opportunities. · Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring. · Oversee marketing technology stack including CRM, analytics, AI tools, and call tracking. · Build and lead high-performing marketing team. · Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and operations. · Stay ahead of marketing, digital, and AI trends. · Align marketing metrics with signed cases and revenue outcomes.
