What You'll Do

Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for thorough screenings
Maintain engagement by following up with leads during their hiring journey
Keep comprehensive and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on meetings organized, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your initiatives
