Your Responsibilities
Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform combined with your personal network
Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
Maintain engagement with leads throughout their hiring journey and sustain their interest
Ensure accurate data management in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on successful meetings, interviews, and hires stemming from your leads
