Your Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your existing connections
Reach out to prospects to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
Maintain communication with candidates to foster their interest and facilitate their hiring experience
Keep detailed and current records in our applicant management system
Earn commission on every meeting arranged, interview conducted, and placement achieved from your leads
