State Farm Insurance is looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and winning. This role is built for someone who wants to control their income through performance and isn't afraid of outbound activity, consistent follow-up, and aggressive goals. This is a pure production role. If you're driven by numbers, motivated by commission, and confident asking for the sale, you'll excel here. This is a fully licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Unlicensed candidates will be considered with the expectation of obtaining licenses quickly with full agency support.
As an Account Manager
Insurance Sales, your mission is simple: generate new business and close it. You'll actively pursue opportunities, uncover client needs, and convert leads into bound policies. Success in this role is measured by activity, conversion, and revenue.
Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead engagement
Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines
Convert both warm and cold leads into paying clients
Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality personal sales pipeline
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value
Ask for the saleconfidently, consistently, and without hesitation
Track activity and results to meet and exceed production goals
Competitive, self-driven sales professionals who are motivated by results

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support
