Account Executive

At Bonneville International, our purpose is to build up, connect, inform, and celebrate communities and families in the markets we serve. As an integrated media company, we provide content, advertising, and digital marketing solutions across 19 radio stations in Denver, Phoenix, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, and Seattle, along with the NBC Affiliate TV station, KSL-TV 5, in Salt Lake. We are responsible for lifting and inspiring with respect and giving voice to all the communities and clients we serve.
In Phoenix, Bonneville leads the market with three iconic local Sports and News brands. Arizona Sports provides compelling local sports content and is the flagship station for all three professional sports teams & ASU. ESPN 620 gives listeners a national perspective on the sports scene. And, Arizona's award-winning News Station, KTAR News, has been serving our community for more than 100 years, producing more live and local news programming than any other media organization in the state.
In the Account Executive position, you will represent the iconic brands of Arizona Sports and KTAR News. You will join a team of high-achieving AEs, consistently the top-performing local media sales team in Arizona.
Your core mission is to identify and qualify high-potential prospects to partner with Bonneville Phoenix. You will create customized marketing programs that utilize a combination of our legendary brands and digital marketing tactics to drive real results for your clients. In addition to the Sports and News brands, you have a suite of other assets at your disposal including: Play-by-play and Sponsorship activation with local sports teams, cause marketing programs and digital marketing tactics.

Proven Sales Hunter: A track record of success in a sales role, with specific experience in prospecting, new business development, and B2B sales.
Digital Media Fluency: A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and a willingness to learn and evolve in this space.

Your Earning Potential: Compensation
This role features a competitive, uncapped commission structure designed for high-achievers.
To ensure your success from day one, we provide a guaranteed ramp-up commission for an initial period as you build your book of business.
Ongoing bonus opportunities exist for exceeding quotas, delivering new business and growing key account revenue.
Physical Demands
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment.
Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Must possess driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
This is a 100% commissioned role, with an initial temporary minimum commission. Temporary commission is determined by an evaluation of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
