Arizona Sports provides compelling local sports content and is the flagship station for all three professional sports teams & ASU. ESPN 620 gives listeners a national perspective on the sports scene. And, Arizona's award‑winning News Station, KTAR News, has been serving our community for more than 100 years, producing more live and local news programming than any other media organization in the state.
Bonneville International is an integrated media company that delivers content, advertising, and digital marketing solutions across 19 radio stations in Denver, Phoenix, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, and Seattle, in addition to the NBC Affiliate TV station KSL‑TV 5 in Salt Lake. Hybrid Work Configuration
This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to attend regular meetings at our Phoenix site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
Position Overview
You will represent the iconic brands of Arizona Sports and KTAR News, joining a team of high‑achieving AEs who consistently top perform local media sales in Arizona. Your core mission is to identify and qualify high‑potential prospects to partner with Bonneville Phoenix, crafting customized marketing programs that combine our legendary brands with digital marketing tactics to achieve real results for clients.

Skills Required
Proven sales hunter: track record of success in a sales role, with experience in prospecting, new business development, and B2B sales.
Digital media fluency: strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and a willingness to learn and evolve.
Consultative approach: natural problem‑solvers who listen to client needs and build strategic, customized solutions using our powerhouse assets.
Resilience & drive: self‑motivated, positive attitude, passion for winning, and courage to ask for the business.

Physical Demands
