Sales-Focused Insurance Role

This is a fully licensed role:
Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance provided
Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.
You'll play a key role in driving new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life & health insurance policies
Perform policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Build long-term relationships to drive retention and referrals
Track daily activity and production to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Competitive, results-driven mindset
Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
Insurance or State Farm experience preferred, but not required
Base salary + commission + performance bonuses
