MirrorMate is looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team in Charlotte, NC.


This role will own and scale one of our most important growth channels — influencer, affiliate, and creator partnerships — from strategy through execution.


You’ll be responsible for building a repeatable, performance‑driven creator engine that drives meaningful traffic and revenue for the business. This is not a coordination role — it’s a highly hands‑on position for someone who understands how influencer marketing connects directly to ecommerce growth.


You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, paid media, and creative teams to turn creator partnerships into a measurable, scalable channel. This role is best suited for someone who has already helped turn influencer or affiliate marketing into a meaningful revenue channel for a brand.


In this role, you will:


Influencer & Creator Programs (Strategy & Execution)



  • Own and evolve the end-to-end strategy and execution of MirrorMate’s influencer and creator marketing program.

  • Build and scale a pipeline of creators aligned with brand, audience, and performance goals.

  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

  • Manage campaigns from start to finish:

    • Outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.

    • Contracting and onboarding.

    • Product coordination and fulfillment.

    • Creative briefs, shot lists, and deliverables.

    • Timelines, approvals, and follow‑ups.



  • Develop systems and processes to scale influencer output efficiently over time.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, acting as a true partner to help them succeed — including providing guidance, content ideas, and resources that enable them to effectively promote and sell our product.

  • Support broader DTC marketing initiatives as needed, with the opportunity to expand scope over time based on business needs and performance.


Affiliate & Revenue Growth



  • Own and scale MirrorMate’s affiliate program as a meaningful revenue channel.

  • Set up and manage affiliate structures including links, discount codes, and commissions.

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high‑potential affiliates and creators.

  • Continuously optimize performance by doubling down on top performers and refining underperforming partnerships.

  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and payouts across platforms.


Whitelisting & Paid Media Collaboration



  • Partner closely with the paid media team to scale high‑performing creator content through whitelisting.

  • Identify top‑performing creators and content for paid amplification.

  • Help inform creative strategy based on influencer performance data and trends.


Community Management & Social Engagement



  • Own day‑to‑day organic social execution across Meta and TikTok.

  • Manage comment moderation and direct messages with a fast, friendly, and brand‑aligned voice.

  • Engage with customers and creators to build trust, answer questions, and drive conversion.

  • Turn social engagement into a feedback loop — surfacing insights, objections, and opportunities to the broader team.

  • Maintain a consistent, human tone across all public‑facing communication.


Content & Creative Collaboration



  • Collaborate with internal designers and marketing team on content strategy and creative direction.

  • Provide clear, actionable briefs to creators that align with performance goals and brand voice.

  • Help ensure a steady flow of high‑quality, usable content for both organic and paid channels.


Reporting, Attribution & Performance



  • Own end‑to‑end tracking and measurement for influencer and affiliate programs.

  • Ensure proper setup and ongoing accuracy of attribution across platforms (GRIN, Shopify, etc.).

  • Monitor performance across creators, campaigns, and affiliates with a focus on revenue, CAC, and ROI.

  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps in tracking, or missed opportunities and proactively solve them.

  • Build and maintain clear reporting to measure channel contribution to traffic and revenue.

  • Use data to inform decisions — doubling down on what works and refining or cutting what doesn’t.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define success metrics and continuously improve performance.


Project Management & Execution



  • Manage multiple campaigns, creators, and timelines simultaneously.

  • Build and maintain systems to stay organized as the program scales.

  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and with attention to detail.


AI & Automation



  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT and similar platforms) to:

    • Draft outreach, briefs, and communication.

    • Analyze creator performance and trends.

    • Streamline workflows and repetitive tasks.



  • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency as the program grows.


PR & Partnerships (Nice‑to‑Have Growth Area)



  • Support early‑stage PR and outreach efforts, including product seeding and relationship building.

  • Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, creator collaborations, and cross‑promotions.

  • Help expand MirrorMate’s presence beyond traditional influencer channels over time.


Skills



  • Strong written communication and relationship management skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once.

  • Performance‑minded with a focus on revenue and ROI.

  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a channel.

  • Strong judgment in evaluating creators, content, and partnerships.


Experience


Our ideal candidate will:



  • Have 3–5 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or ecommerce marketing.

  • Have hands‑on experience building or scaling influencer or affiliate programs for a DTC brand.

  • Understand how influencer marketing ties directly to traffic, conversion, and revenue.

  • Be comfortable owning both strategy and execution without heavy oversight.

  • Be a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment.

  • Have ecommerce experience first; home, lifestyle, or design experience is a plus, not required.
