Engagement Reporter

A company is looking for an Engagement Reporter to join their engagement reporting team.
Key Responsibilities

Identify crowdsourcing opportunities and collaborate with reporters on community-driven investigative stories
Craft and manage callouts, surveys, and other tools for investigations, maintaining a network of respondents
Research communities and engage sources effectively, while developing relationships with long-term community contacts

Required Qualifications

At least three years of journalism experience in reporting or an engagement-focused role
Experience in reporting stories that highlight injustices and hold the powerful accountable
Demonstrated creative outreach skills through various platforms and strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on long-term projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
