Strategic Process Leadership: A track record of redesigning cross‑functional processes and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Digital Transformation to build scalable buyer experience frameworks

Analytical Rigor: Strong fluency in multivariate testing and optimisation techniques, with the ability to turn in‑journey metrics into strategic recommendations for leadership

What the job involves

As the Journey Orchestration Lead, you will be the architect of Everpure’s personalised buyer experience, transforming static campaigns into a dynamic, one‑to‑one marketing engine

You’ll sit at the critical intersection of Marketing Data Strategy and Campaign Execution, using our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to trigger high‑impact, real‑time interactions across all global channels. By partnering with Product Marketing and Data Science, you will ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, moving our audience from initial research to loyal partnership through sophisticated automation

Architect Multi‑Channel Journeys: Partner with Journey Managers and Product Marketing to design and blueprint end‑to‑end automated maps that guide key buyer personas through the Everpure Platform ecosystem

Define "Next Best Action" Logic: Design and implement the complex business rules within our CDP and marketing automation tools that dictate real‑time engagement based on specific behavioural and demographic signals

Drive Real‑Time Activation: Lead the build, QA, and deployment of event‑triggered programmes in Marketo and Adobe, ensuring seamless delivery of dynamic content across web, paid media, and email channels

Optimise Performance & Conversion: Establish a rigorous A/B testing roadmap and monitor journey health to identify bottlenecks, providing actionable insights that improve conversion rates and progression through the sales funnel

Govern Global Standards: Own the naming conventions, quality control, and data compliance (GDPR/CCPA) for all automated assets to ensure a flawless and scalable global execution framework

In‑Office Collaboration: We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
