You will be the Integrated Program Planner Mgr - F-16 Campaigns and Proposal Level 5 for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16 Campaigns and Proposals team which is responsible for delivering high-impact F-16 solutions and winning new business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Integrated Program Planner Mgr - F-16 Campaigns and Proposal Level 5 you will be responsible for leading a team of planners to create and maintain robust proposal and campaign schedules that drive successful program execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of planners producing integrated master schedules for F?16 proposals and campaigns.
Partner with program management, engineering, contracts, and customers to translate requirements into accurate schedule baselines.
Provide expert analysis of schedule, cost, and earned-value data to senior leadership and drive corrective actions.
Champion enterprise-wide performance initiatives and ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin scheduling standards.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.
