Production Lead
We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This hands-on role is responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and support to production personnel, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals
Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets
Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment
Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines
Maintain accurate records and production documentation
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes
Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Build team capability through training and skill development

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry preferred)
Experience with high-speed production equipment and quality monitoring systems
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Food Safety & Quality Compliance experience preferred
