About The Role: Autopilot is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales and contribute to the company's growth in the robotics and automation sector. This is a hands‑on role for an individual who is passionate about sales and marketing automation and wants to be part of a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
Handle both inbound and outbound sales leads across various industries.
Maintain a detailed and data‑driven sales pipeline in HubSpot.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and automation strategies.
Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance sales processes.
Provide feedback on product pricing, positioning, and ideal customer profiles.
Assist in refining sales playbooks, messaging, and overall sales processes.
Act as the internal representative for customer feedback.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for robotics, automation, or emerging technology products.
Proven full‑cycle closing experience.
Strong skills in discovery and value‑based selling.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern go‑to‑market tools.
Comfortable working in an environment with less defined processes and contributing to their development.
Deeply data‑driven and systems‑oriented.
Energized by ambiguity and taking ownership in an early‑stage company.
Cross‑functional collaboration skills.
