Brand Manager – Ready-to-Drink Alcohol Portfolio (CPG)

We’re partnering with a $1B+ beverage company with a portfolio of iconic consumer brands to hire a Brand Manager to lead strategy on a fast-growing ready-to-drink (RTD) alcohol portfolio .

This role offers the opportunity to work on well-known, culturally relevant brands competing in one of the most dynamic and high-growth spaces within beverage.

What You’ll Own
Brand Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute annual brand plans and long-term growth strategies

Identify opportunities to expand market share and strengthen brand positioning

Partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth

Lead new product launches from concept through in-market execution

Manage innovation pipelines and support long-term portfolio growth

Marketing & Activation

Drive integrated marketing programs across digital, social, PR, and retail

Lead development of campaigns and consumer-facing communications

Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure strong execution

Analytics & Insights

Leverage syndicated data (IRI/Circana), consumer insights, and market trends

Monitor competitive activity and category dynamics

Budget Management

Manage brand budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Brand marketing experience in CPG (food, beverage, or alcohol/spirts welcome)

Strong analytical mindset with experience using syndicated data

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
