They ve successfully represented organizations at conferences, hosted side events, and converted conversations into tangible business opportunities. This person thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, is confident commanding a room, and has a track record of turning networking into measurable sales outcomes. They are resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage event strategies while ensuring seamless handoff into the sales pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

Business Development Manager

would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

Proven experience in the veterinary industry

Proven experience in high-touch sales, business development, or event-based networking.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable hosting panels and discussions.

Experience planning and executing side events that drive engagement.

Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking conversations and opportunities.
