This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, and developing strategic customer relationships while aligning cross-functional resources to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales and marketing function across multiple locations

Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic planning and execution

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team

Implement market-driven sales strategies to expand key accounts

Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities

Align sales efforts with operations, service, and marketing teams

Identify and capitalize on regional market opportunities

Drive key sales initiatives and performance improvements

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

7+ years of sales experience

Experience in corrugated packaging or related industry (required)

Strong understanding of the Minneapolis market

Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships

Leadership experience or ability to lead and develop teams
