Our focus is on responsive support, practical guidance, and reliable long-term technology outcomes as we continue expanding our IT managed services division.

We are adding a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate the value of our services. This role owns the full development cycle — from prospecting to signed agreement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, consultative, and motivated by helping organizations succeed.

What You Will Be Doing

Research and identify prospective organizations that would benefit from managed and co-managed IT services

Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage key contacts and decision-makers

Schedule and lead introductory meetings to assess prospect needs and present solutions

Manage the full acquisition cycle from first touchpoint through signed agreementBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent prospecting activity

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless client onboarding

Track all activity, pipeline status, and outcomes accurately

Meet or exceed outreach and sales goals through consistent activity and follow-up

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of B2B outside sales and business development experience

Proven ability to independently identify, pursue, and close new accounts

Experience engaging decision-makers and navigating the sales process without support

Consultative approach to business development

Reliable transportation for travel to client sites as needed
