Base Salary ($70,000–$75,000) + Performance-Based Commission (OTE: $125,000–$150,000)

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts with direct revenue responsibility

Carry and manage an annual revenue quota

Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Convert project-based work into long-term retainer agreements to drive recurring revenue

Serve as the primary strategic point of contact and escalation lead for client accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels

Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client goals

Lead quarterly business reviews focused on retention and expansion

Collaborate with Client Delivery Leads (CDLs), marketing, and leadership teams

Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting within CRM

Use data-driven insights to manage pipeline health, forecast revenue, and identify risks

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Business Development

Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving revenue growth

Experience in a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role

Strong client relationship management and executive-level communication skills

Demonstrated ability to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts

Experience with value-based selling and pricing strategy

Strong financial and business acumen

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience in communications, marketing, PR, or agency environments

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Recent experience (within the past 1–2 years) in a similar role

Experience converting project-based work into retainer agreements

Familiarity with integrated marketing and strategic communications services

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$70,000–$75,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure:

$125,000–$150,000 (uncapped commission structure)
