Short Job Description (Summary)
We are seeking an experienced
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead/Architect
to drive end-to-end implementation, design, and deployment of AEP solutions including
Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer AI .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
data modeling, customer segmentation, and platform integrations , along with hands-on experience in
XDM, Web SDK, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem . This role requires close collaboration with business, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AEP implementation (design → development → deployment)
Define customer data strategies (segmentation, personalization, activation)
Build and manage data pipelines (Data Lake, Identity Services, Data Collection)
Design schemas using
XDM (Experience Data Model)
Integrate AEP with Adobe tools (Analytics, Target, CJA) and external systems
Ensure data governance, compliance, and security
Provide API-based integration solutions and best practices
Troubleshoot performance/data quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data Science)
Stay updated with AEP releases and enhancements
