Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Operations and sales efforts. This role is best suited for someone with a technical, engineering‑adjacent, or analytical background who can translate client conversations into clear scope, requirements, and concise proposal narratives.
This is not a purely administrative role—we’re looking for someone who can think critically, communicate clearly, and bring structure to fast‑moving client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and existing clients
Translate client discussions into
clear scopes of work and written proposals
Prepare, track, and follow up on proposals and pricing
Maintain CRM systems with consistent, timely follow‑up
Support pipeline tracking and reporting
Coordinate internal handoff from sales to engineering teams
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
distill complex information into clear, structured output
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional and confident in client interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1+ year experience in engineering, construction, sales support, or client‑facing roles preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (Monday.com, PandaDoc, Google Workspace) is a plus
Salary: $65,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience
