Field Marketing Manager

Full-Time Leadership Role | Grand Rapids, MI + Michigan Travel | Relocation Assistance Available

BathWorks of Michigan, one of the fastest-growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealers in the country, is looking for a highly organized, driven leader to take our Field Marketing team to the next level. We specialize in one-day bath and shower remodeling and this role plays a major part in driving company growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue across Michigan markets.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives being in motion, enjoys developing people, creates accountability, and takes pride in building strong team culture and structure.

You’ll oversee Costco roadshows, home shows, expos, and retail events across Michigan while helping turn our Field Marketing division into a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop the Field Marketing team

Hire, onboard, and train new team members

Manage schedules, staffing, event logistics, and inventory

Hold team members accountable to KPIs and performance expectations

Conduct trainings, roleplays, coaching, and field development

Track event performance, lead quality, and appointment results

Support events and team operations Tuesday through Sunday across multiple Michigan markets

What We’re Looking For

Leadership or management experience preferred

Home improvement industry experience preferred

Experience in field marketing, retail marketing, lead generation, promotions, operations, or canvassing preferred

Highly organized and self-driven

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

Comfortable traveling throughout Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Midland, and Traverse City

Ability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
