Junior Relationship Manager

A growing wealth management firm is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager / Trading Associate to join its expanding team in Miami.
This client-facing role and the ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both advisors and clients across a variety of operational and investment-related activities.
Responsibilities

Support advisors and senior relationship managers with day-to-day client account management and servicing activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service
Assist with account opening, onboarding documentation, account maintenance, and client requests
Ensure all client documentation is complete and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements
Execute and support equity, fixed income, mutual fund, and options trades accurately and efficiently
Review and assist with monitoring daily trading activity and transaction processing
Coordinate wire transfers, ACATs, asset transfers, and other client asset movement requests
Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
Support KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance procedures
Utilize Pershing NetX360, Bloomberg, MarketAxess, and TradeWeb to support daily activities
Assist with operational initiatives and process improvement efforts as needed
Qualifications

5+ years of experience within wealth management, brokerage or a private banking environments
Experience with client account management, account opening, and trading
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and options
Experience with Pershing NetX360 required; knowledge of StoneX, Interactive Brokers, and Charles Schwab is a plus
Proficiency with Bloomberg, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, and Microsoft Office Suite
