Position Overview
The Relationship Manager (Client Service Associate) plays a critical role in supporting Financial Advisors and managing ongoing client relationships. This individual will be responsible for client communication, follow-up, CRM documentation, and operational support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and aligned with a high-touch service model, supporting both day-to-day client needs and long-term relationship management.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting Advisors with day-to-day relationship management
Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, ensuring a high-touch service experience
Document all client interactions, conversations, and follow-ups within the CRM system (Salesforce)
Utilize technology tools to support client servicing, meeting summaries, and task management
Assist with financial planning and client service workflows using platforms such as MoneyGuidePro and Holistiplan
Coordinate follow-ups, service requests, and ongoing client needs with a high level of attention to detail
Support multi-generational client relationships, ensuring personalized and thoughtful engagement
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate data entry and process consistency
Maintain strong organization of client records and ensure data integrity across systems
Participate in firm initiatives, client events, and team activities as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Series 65 license required
Series 7 is acceptable, but candidates must be willing to let it lapse if necessary
Experience within an RIA or wealth management environment
Strong understanding of the RIA model and client service expectations
High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Technology & Tools
Salesforce (CRM – required for all client documentation)
Zocks (meeting summaries and task management)
Holistiplan (tax planning)
MoneyGuidePro (financial planning)
