Job Overview

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in positioning BrickWork as a thought leader in sales enablement while supporting sales teams with effective messaging, content, and tools.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, strong marketing experience, and the ability to align marketing initiatives directly with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals

Own brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels

Ensure consistent brand voice across digital, print, and sales materials

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, content, social)

Drive qualified leads and pipeline growth in partnership with sales leadership

Manage campaign performance, budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting

Sales Enablement Support

Create and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and proposals

Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

Support product and service launches with internal and external marketing assets

Content & Thought Leadership

Oversee development of content such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and newsletters

Work with department leaders to help create sales material and case studies.

Develop and Manage content calendar and distribution strategy

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Manage website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media presence

Track and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and dashboards

Use insights to continuously optimize campaigns and programs

Vendor & Project Management

Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors

Oversee marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or sales enablement

Proven experience aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives

Strong project management and communication skills

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms

Preferred

Experience supporting sales teams or revenue organizations

Familiarity with sales enablement concepts and methodologies

Strong writing and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
