OMD is a global media network that delivers evidence-based media solutions. We are looking for a media planning associate to join our team and contribute to client success.
Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year college or university
1–2 years of media planning experience
Experience successfully managing individual deliverables, developing and managing media programs, and responding to client media needs
Strong communication skills across internal teams and client-facing contacts
Comfort planning across channels and platforms
Willingness to learn the client service aspect of media planning
Command of media fundamentals and the ability to educate an assistant
Prepared to take on management responsibilities
Understanding of key research sources
Some knowledge of current media trends and innovations
Comfort with trafficking, data, analytics, and measurement
Responsibilities
Approach situations with energy and interest, displaying passion for pop culture, trends, and consumer motivations.
Support management in problem solving, navigating challenges, and seeking help when necessary.
Continuously seek to understand how data informs reporting, strategy, defense, and new opportunities.
Begin developing delegation skills as a manager of associate-level staff.
Build relationships internally and with clients, practicing personal understanding and a commitment to team and client success.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $40,000—$75,000 USD. This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office with flexibility for remote work on the remaining two days. Specific in‑office days will be discussed during the interview process.
