Job Details
Senior Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS) – a fast‑growing SaaS company serving the long‑term and post‑acute healthcare market. The role will drive new business and expansion within a rapidly expanding sector of healthcare technology, focusing on survey, training, and engagement platforms used by thousands of healthcare providers across North America.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined territory and key accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.

Develop strategic relationships with C‑suite and senior healthcare executives.

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing customers.

Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning SaaS solutions with healthcare provider challenges.

Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and consistent weekly activity.

Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to overall sales team success.

Qualifications

5+ years quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience

Experience selling into healthcare organizations or healthcare technology

Proven success closing complex consultative deals

Track record of exceeding revenue targets

Experience selling to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or DocuSign

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
