To support this growth, were seeking an Account Executive for our New York team. In this role, youll be focused on driving new revenue for our media around New York City and beyond. Wed prefer someone with media experience, but were open to an experienced seller who is looking to break into Advertising

Day to day youll be focused on developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones, all while building best in class campaigns. If this sounds exciting, we want to hear from you!/ppWhat you will accomplish:/pulliWithin your first month, you will:/liulliHave started to familiarize yourself with the Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising industry in general, and transit media specifically/liliHave learned about the assets and inventory that we offer/liliHave shadowed seasoned AEs
managers - practicing approach, pitching Intersection as a company, and learning about client opportunities/liliGain an understanding of your clients needs, historical campaigns and media preferences/liliHave started to prospect and cold call new businesses/li/ulliWithin your first 3-6 months, you will:/liulliHave a deep understanding of the OOH industry and how to make strategic pitches/liliBe securing at least one face to face meeting per day/liliFocus on strengthening your client/agency relationships through regular face-to-face meetings/liliBe meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets/liliHave a steady flow of revenue from new business prospects who will advertise with Intersection/li/ul/ulpYoure a great fit for this role because:/pulliYou have proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets/liliYou have strong client relationships in New York and a keen understanding of the market/liliYou have professional experience selling local media in the New York market (preferred)/liliYou are a self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making skills and a strong work ethic/liliYou have outstanding communication skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamwork/liliYou have a competitive mindset, while also being a team player/li/ulpCompensation Range: $90,000 - 120,000 OTE/ph3Hybrid Work Policy/h3pOur team operates on a hybrid schedule to balance flexibility with face-to-face collaboration. We require all employees to be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday.
