What You'll Do
Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your existing network
Introduce MLR opportunities to prospective candidates and assess their interest
Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
Maintain engagement with leads to ensure their journey remains on track
Keep accurate records updated in our applicant tracking system
Generate commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and successful placements stemming from your leads
