Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your personal network
Reach out to potential healthcare professionals to introduce the opportunities available through MLR and assess their interest
Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth discussions
Maintain communication with leads to foster interest and support their hiring journey
Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
