Creative Director
Reporting To: Michele Siamis, Senior Marketing Director
Direct Reports: Currently 1 Designer (plus oversight of external agencies/partners)
Role Purpose: To serve as the strategic bridge between brand vision and commercial performance. You will initially elevate the visual identity of Easy@Home and Premom while ensuring creative output directly drives engagement, brand loyalty, and economic results.
Key Strategic Pillars:
1. Brand Stewardship & Agency Leadership
• Act as the primary "Brand Guardian," ensuring a unified visual voice across all touchpoints.
• Lead collaboration with external agencies to execute the brand upgrade, ensuring the new identity is applied consistently across global markets.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, creative strategies that align internal teams and external partners.
2. Packaging Experience & Design
• Lead the upgrading of our packaging portfolio (specifically Easy@Home and Premom).
• Create a cohesive "360-degree journey" that uses physical packaging to intuitively drive consumers to our digital products and app ecosystem.
3. Performance-Driven Digital Content
• Oversee digital creative strategy with a focus on conversion and engagement, ensuring assets deliver measurable ROI.
• Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to scale content production efficiently while maintaining the authentic "human touch" required for our category.
4. Team Leadership & Direction
• Mentor and manage your direct report (Designer and video producer) to ensure high-quality execution.
• Provide clear visual guidelines to overseas marketing teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring global brand consistency.
• Hire new creative talents and build the creative team as business needs evolve.
