We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive the growth and positioning of our brands, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market leadership in the fertility and home healthcare sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for women’s health and a proven track record in B2C commercialization. We are looking for a strategic leader who balances data-driven marketing with strong design acumen, specifically in overseeing the visual identity and packaging of physical products. Crucially, this role requires a master of project management to take full ownership of all external agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Commercialization & Strategy
- Execute and maintain comprehensive brand strategies for easy@Home and Premom to strengthen market presence and drive revenue.
- Lead the B2C commercialization process, ensuring new products are successfully launched and positioned to capture market share in the home healthcare sector.
- Align brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Agency & Project Management
- Exercise full ownership of external agency relationships, serving as the primary lead for creative development, media buying, and specialized marketing initiatives.
- Apply advanced project management skills to oversee complex workflows, ensuring all agency deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across all external partnerships.
Product Design & Packaging Acumen
- Collaborate closely with product development to ensure branding and messaging align with product innovations.
- Provide high-level design acumen to oversee the development of product packaging, ensuring it is both functional for the healthcare space and aesthetically compelling for the consumer.
- Align packaging and product marketing strategies with overall company goals to drive customer engagement.
Marketing, Research & Performance
- Partner with internal teams on multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, and email.
- Oversee relationships with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the women’s health and fertility space.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and monitor KPIs to optimize strategies based on data analytics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, specifically within healthcare, women’s health, wellness, or consumer goods.
- Commercialization: Proven experience in B2C commercialization, taking products from development to market leadership.
- Agency Management: Strong grasp of project management with a proven ability to lead and hold external agencies accountable for high-quality creative output.
- Design Skills: Strong design acumen with experience overseeing product packaging and brand aesthetics.
- Technical Skills: Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Industry Passion: A deep-seated interest and background in women's health, fertility, and home healthcare.
