Marketing Coordinator (Contract)
2–3 Month Contract | 40 hours/week

$30–$32/hour
We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 2–3 month contract assignment supporting a collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong InDesign expertise, proposal production experience, and a solid understanding of marketing terminology and document layout.
This position will focus heavily on assembling and formatting proposal materials within preformatted templates to support responses to RFPs/RFQs for high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign templates
- Update project sheets, staff resumes, and firm profile materials for proposal submissions
- Develop organizational charts and proposal graphics using existing templates
- Format project approach and scope content with appropriate imagery and styling
- Ensure proposal materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with submission requirements
- Collaborate directly with the marketing team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, proposal production, graphic design, or related work
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign required
- Experience supporting RFP/RFQ proposal development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional communication skills and ability to work independently
Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week in Portland
- 40 hours per week
