Marketing Coordinator (Contract)2–3 Month Contract | 40 hours/weekHybrid | Portland, OR$30–$32/hour We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 2–3 month contract assignment supporting a collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong InDesign expertise, proposal production experience, and a solid understanding of marketing terminology and document layout.This position will focus heavily on assembling and formatting proposal materials within preformatted templates to support responses to RFPs/RFQs for high-profile projects.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign templatesUpdate project sheets, staff resumes, and firm profile materials for proposal submissionsDevelop organizational charts and proposal graphics using existing templatesFormat project approach and scope content with appropriate imagery and stylingEnsure proposal materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with submission requirementsCollaborate directly with the marketing team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materialsQualifications:2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, proposal production, graphic design, or related workStrong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign requiredExperience supporting RFP/RFQ proposal developmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProfessional communication skills and ability to work independentlySchedule:Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite per week in Portland40 hours per weekLocated in Portland, Specialized Recruitment Group is an esteemed, niche-based professional recruitment firm that thrives in partnering with companies at the local, regional, and national levels to identify exceptional talent across diverse industries.
